Sales*
Explore the fundamentals of sales and marketing within the hospitality industry
as a Sales Assistant. Become familiar with standard concepts, practices, and
procedures within the sales and marketing field of the industry.
Job Description:

Generate sales through interaction with a wide variety of hospitality
suppliers, such as hotels, resorts, convention centers, car rental companies,
and many more.

Market to prospective clients through phone calls, faxes, emails and direct
mail.

Build sales skills through client relationships, negotiation, and contracting
clients.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills and self-motivation. Interpersonal skills and
reasoning skills beneficial to the sales and marketing departments. Prior sales
experience a plus.

Event Coordinator*
Through the familiarization of general concepts, practices, and procedures
within the event management field and hospitality industry, the event
coordinator is responsible for all aspects of planning events for the company.
Heavy sales involved.
Job Description:

Handle coordination and execution of tradeshow events from pre-event to
post-event, including and not limited to: decorators, caterers, audio/visual
companies, speaker selection, transportation, staff scheduling, and contract
negotiation.

Act as main contact for registered exhibitors in handling event inquiries and
logistics.

On-site coordination at events.

Generate sales through interaction with a wide variety of hospitality
suppliers, such as hotels, resorts, convention centers, car rental companies,
and many more.
Qualifications:
Proven verbal and written communication skills. Leadership and organizational
skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule for on-site events.

Data Entry*
Become knowledgeable of commonly used concepts,
practices, and procedures within the industry, while operating the data entry
for JTDunn Enterprises.
Job Description:
- Record and verify data in the company
database, including upkeep of client files.
- Hands-on work with fulfillment, and other
various clerical duties
Qualifications:
Highly motivated individuals. Must take direction well, and work well
independently. Ability to multi-task. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs. Experience with Microsoft Access a plus.

Graphic/Web Designer*
Responsible for graphic web design and maintenance of the company website.
Job Description:
- Web site development and design, including creation of web content, web graphics, and creative writing for web site.
- Perform updating and maintenance for company web site.
Qualifications:
Must be able to produce highly impressive creative web design in a timely manner. Be able to work independently on projects and
also collaborate as a strong team member. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of Quark, Adobe Illustrator, and Acrobat applications
preferred.
